Choosing an exam site that suits your needs
Furniture installation in a layout that ensures privacy, comfort, and quality in accordance with the provided plans approved by the safety committees. Equipped podium (tables, chairs, working clock), professional public address system, synchronized digital clocks, lighting system ensuring uniform illumination, controlled indoor temperature (19 to 21°).
Accessibility
Our venues are located in Paris and throughout the country, with direct access to public transportation. We select venues based on their proximity to public transportation and guarantee that a train, RER, metro, bus, and/or tram stop is within a 5-minute walk of the venue. Vélib’ bike-sharing stations are also located nearby. As for event organizers, they have access to a parking lot with dedicated entry at all locations.
Organization of the Written Exams
EXATECH provides organizers with dedicated, functional, and secure spaces, ensuring optimal working conditions throughout the exams. Rooms adapted for candidates with disabilities, Fully equipped administrative office, Secure rooms for document storage, First-aid station, Cafeteria for organizers.
Organization of the Oral Exams
The facilities provided ensure optimal working conditions: spacious, well-lit (natural light), soundproofed, and air-conditioned rooms. Room for jury members, Preparation room, Reception and waiting area for candidates, Break and dining room for organizers.

We design spaces to ensure a clear division of traffic flow. Exatech implements a comprehensive signage system to ensure smooth movement, help candidates find their way quickly, and reduce wait times, both inside and outside the site.
